With extensive practical defence experience as well as an understanding of the workings of the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions, Kim can offer all clients the capacity to resolve their matters expeditiously, with their privacy protected and with dignity and professionalism.

Her practice includes all areas of the criminal spectrum, as well as allied criminal justice matters (such as workplace relations, occupational health and safety, discrimination and criminal injuries compensation). She has extensive trial experience, and has represented many high-profile individuals.

Kim is available to undertake both privately funded and legal aid work.

Kim was admitted in 1993 and joined BMB in 2001 and became a partner in 2004.

Kim is currently the Chair of the Law Society Criminal Law Committee, and a member of the Medico–Legal Society Committee.

When work allows, Kim enjoys gardening and reading.
